Refund and Returns Policy

Our main goal is to deliver gorgeous minerals to you quickly and with no damage.

Tracking will be provided on all orders.

Each of our minerals is hand-selected and thoroughly photographed and documented prior to purchase. Because of this, all sales are final.

If your item was damaged in shipping, we require at least five photos of packaging and the damaged item prior to considering a refund.

If your item shows as delivered by the courier, then we consider that item delivered and our end fulfilled. Please contact the carrier in the case of any missing deliveries. We use USPS, UPS, and other US-based carriers, at our discretion.
